Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission

The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board is required to set the rates, tolls and charges to be paid for use of the two bridges operated by the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission in a like manner to that of a public utility.

The Board's jurisdiction to hear such applications is derived from the Halifax - Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act and the Public Utilities Act, which can be accessed through the "Statutes" button located on the top of the screen.

Past decisions of the Board can be accessed through the "Decisions" button located on the top of this screen.
